OUR VISION
The vision of the NGO Sa Suudad is to be an organization for young people who exhibit or have exhibited high-risk behavior, focusing on inclusion and advocacy.

OUR MISSION
MTÜ Sa Suudad's mission is to listen to, collect, and present the experiences and advice of young people, especially amplifying the voices of those whose behavior may be difficult to understand and who exhibit or have exhibited risk-taking behavior.
The broader goal of the organization is to contribute to the development of various systems (e.g., education, social, and legal systems) to make them more child- and youth-friendly, informed, and effective in working with young people.
We achieve this goal by listening to, involving, and supporting young people, and by offering them safe opportunities to participate in various activities and engagement events that provide new experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and increase participation.
We consider it important for every child and young person to be substantively involved in decisions that concern them.
It is also important for us to support the young people's loved ones and other adults who surround and influence young people daily.
OUR VALUES

We act passionately to ensure that young people are supported in the way they need.
We strive to ensure that the voices of young people are heard.
We base our approach on the understanding that every person has their own story and the resulting behavior patterns.
We engage. We believe that every young person should be included and their voice heard. This includes actively involving our partners and target groups in the planning and implementation of our activities.
We collaborate with young people, those around them, and other adults, including partners in Estonia and abroad.
For every activity we plan or undertake, we consider how it contributes to the well-being and coping skills of young people.
We base our activities on Estonian legislation, the principles of social work ethics, the code of ethics for NGOs, and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
What the NGO's activities contribute to:

Equal opportunities
Understanding young people who exhibit risky behavior can be very challenging, and as a result, they may be marginalized by both their peers and adults in the community. By supporting and engaging young people, the NGO contributes to their greater integration into society, creating opportunities to build more positive connections with other members of the community.

Caring community
By giving young people a voice, we empower and enable them to be active and engaged members of the community.

Inclusion
We make young people's voices heard!
