My name is Maria-Elisabetch, I am a 22-year-old young woman, and I care deeply about people's mental health and understanding the difficulties of life. I have learned to recognize the importance of listening, empathy, and a safe space where people can open up without fear of being judged. My journey to this point has grown out of personal experience and a desire to help others who have felt lonely, hurt, or confused. I have learned that shared experience and honesty can be very healing—both for the person speaking and the person listening.
I believe that every person needs a moment when they are truly listened to and understood. That is exactly what I want to offer as a confidant—support, presence, and the knowledge that no one has to face their difficulties alone.
