Detailed information about the training is provided in the description of each training course, which can be found on the website of the NGO Sa Suudad. www.sasuudad.ee

When conducting training sessions and communicating with learners, both the organizer and trainer(s) are guided by mutual respect, openness, tact, and friendly curiosity. The keywords for communication are trust, innovation, responsibility, and cooperation.
Basics of study arrangements
Admission to training
The prerequisites for participating in training, including registration methods and options, are specified in the description of each specific training course. In the case of customized training courses, registration is agreed upon with the client, including the registration form and method, and the data to be collected. By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to the registration conditions.
Participants confirm their participation in the course by signing the attendance sheet.
At least one week before the start of the training, participants will receive organizational information by e-mail – the training schedule with the address of the venue, access and parking conditions, etc.
MTÜ Sa Suudad will start the training if at least 10 participants have registered for it.
Payment for training
Payment for training is a prerequisite for participation in training, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Training fees can be paid on the basis of an invoice, unless otherwise agreed in advance and/or in the case of customized training.
The payment deadline for invoices is 7 days. If the training course starts in less than 7 days, the invoice payment deadline is the date of registration.
No later than one week before the start of the training, we will send participants a reminder letter with the organizational details of the training and ask for confirmation of their wish to participate in the training.
If the participant does not express a wish to withdraw from the training, an invoice for the full training fee will be sent to the participants. The invoice must be paid before the start of the course, unless otherwise agreed.
If desired, training courses can also be paid for in installments. In this case, an installment schedule will be drawn up for the participant, according to which payment will be made. The number of installments depends on the length of the training course. The first installment must be paid before the start of the training course and the last installment before the end date of the training course.
The price of the training courses already includes study materials and a certificate or diploma. Depending on the training course, the price may also include coffee breaks or lunch – in which case this will be specified separately in the training course description.
MTÜ Sa Suudad may announce discounts on training prices from time to time. Discounts will be published on the website in the description of the specific training course and on social media.
Withdrawal from training, postponement of training, or absence from training
If a person who has registered for training is unable to attend, they must notify the contact person at NGO Sa Suudad by e-mail or telephone, using the contact details provided to the student.
If a participant is unable to attend the training for valid reasons, the contact person of the NGO must be notified no later than 7 calendar days before the training takes place. If notification is given in a timely manner, 100% of the training fee will be refunded, provided that no prior expenses (purchased materials, etc.) have been incurred or a new training date has been agreed with the participant.
If a participant has registered for training but does not attend and does not notify us of their absence at least 7 calendar days in advance (including in the event of illness), the amount paid for the training will not be refunded.
The tuition fee paid can be transferred to the next training course by agreement, or a colleague or acquaintance can be sent to the training course.
If the training group is not full, NGO Sa Suudad has the right to cancel the training or postpone it until the training group is full. Those who have registered will be notified immediately by e-mail, but no less than three days in advance. We will refund the amount paid for the canceled training or, if desired, transfer it to the participation fee for another training course.
Completion of training
Upon request, a certificate or proof of completion will be issued to those who have completed the training within six months after the training has taken place.
A certificate is a document certifying completion of continuing education, which is issued to a person if the achievement of learning outcomes was assessed during the training and the person achieved all the learning outcomes required for completion of the curriculum.
A certificate of participation in or completion of continuing education shall be issued to a person if the achievement of learning outcomes was not assessed during the training or if the person did not achieve all the learning outcomes required for completion of the curriculum.
Certificates and certificates will be issued electronically within 14 days after the training.
Certificates and attestations are signed by a member of the board of NGO Sa Suudad.
A student who has missed more than 50% of the training program required by the curriculum will be expelled from the training.
You will also be excluded from the training if the tuition fee has not been paid by the start of the course, or if the installment payments have not been received on time, unless otherwise agreed.
Tuition fees already paid will not be refunded in the event of expulsion from the program.
If a participant experiences an unexpected health problem or family emergency during the course, they must contact the contact person(s) provided by NGO Sa Suudad. In this case, we will try to accommodate the participant as much as possible and allow them to participate in the next similar course covering the same topics and lessons.
If the training is canceled or postponed, the tuition fee will be refunded or transferred to the next similar training course.
